Important: Retiring support for Internet Explorer 11 on May 31, 2021

 

Web of Science and InCites platform will be removing support for Internet Explorer 11 on May 31, 2021. If you are currently using Internet Explorer 11, we recommend that you switch to Microsoft Edge or another supported browser.

The Microsoft Edge browser was released in 2015 to replace Internet Explorer and currently, Microsoft recommends that Internet Explorer only be used for compatibility with older sites and applications. As a result, Internet Explorer no longer receives major updates to support the latest web standards.

Ending support for Internet Explorer 11 will allow our engineering teams to use modern web practices to improve performance and user experience as we continue adding new features with each release. Although Web of Science and InCites will continue to be available in Internet Explorer 11, new functionality may not work and any issues will not be fixed. We strongly recommend switching to Microsoft Edge or another supported browser.
