An author can claim an author record to create a Web of Science Researcher Profile. A profile may contain the following information:

  • A profile picture

  • The preferred name of the researcher

  • The preferred affiliation of the researcher

  • Awards (for example, Highly Cited Researcher)

  • A unique Web of Science ResearcherID

  • A linked ORCID account

  • Web of Science Core Collection publications

  • Peer reviews

  • Publications not indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection
